ASELSAN signs $410M electronic warfare export deal with Poland

ASELSAN, Türkiye’s largest defence electronics company, has signed a $410 million export contract with Poland for the direct sale of electronic warfare systems, the company announced.

ASELSAN disclosed the agreement on social media, stating that the contract was concluded with a NATO-member customer and covers the export of advanced electronic warfare capabilities valued at $410 million. While the company did not initially name the customer, ASELSAN later confirmed Poland as the recipient.

ASELSAN Chief Executive Ahmet Akyol said the deal reflects the company’s position as a leading supplier of electronic warfare technologies in Europe. “We have signed a $410 million electronic warfare systems export contract with Poland,” Akyol said. “As a company that operates Europe’s largest electronic warfare facility, we are providing advanced electronic warfare systems to one of NATO’s largest armies. We hope this important step will be beneficial for our country and our allies.”

The agreement further strengthens defence-industrial ties between Türkiye and Poland. ASELSAN has expanded its footprint in Poland in recent years, identifying the country as one of its most strategic markets in Europe and establishing a local office in Warsaw to manage its activities. The latest contract is seen as deepening long-term cooperation between the two countries in high-technology defence systems.
