Developed by Sekizaltmış Teknology and Anadolu Robotic, the unmanned surface vessel (USV) ARİDA-M continues its sea trials.
The company issued the following statement:
"Anadolu Robotic has reached a critical stage in a groundbreaking project for Türkiye's maritime and defense industry. ARİDA-M, Türkiye’s first fully autonomous unmanned surface vessel, is successfully continuing its sea trials, and preparations for the Phase-1 demonstration stage are nearing completion.
With speeds exceeding 50 knots, full autonomous mission capability, and an advanced technological infrastructure, ARİDA-M is designed for the protection of the Blue Homeland. The project aims to significantly enhance both Türkiye’s defense capabilities and its competitiveness in the field of autonomous systems.
Anadolu Robotic officials stated, ‘With ARİDA-M, we are not just launching a product, but initiating a whole new era. This project will become a symbol of Türkiye’s goals for independence and advanced technology in naval defense.’"
