IDEX is one of the world’s premier defense exhibitions, gathering international defense companies, high-ranking military officials, and industry professionals each year. FNSS aims to leverage this prestigious event to connect with existing and potential customers, as well as end-users, sharing innovative solutions and future visions for military technology.

During the exhibition, FNSS will showcase its specialized armored combat vehicles, tracked and wheeled platform solutions, and next-generation technologies. Key highlights will include FNSS's cutting-edge amphibious vehicle technology, with the company’s MAV (Zaha) Marine Assault Vehicle expected to be among the stars of the show.

FNSS MAV (Zaha): The Amphibious Assault Vehicle of the Future

The MAV (Marine Assault Vehicle) is designed for the critical beach-landing phase of amphibious operations, enabling rapid deployment of marine units from amphibious assault ships to the shore under full armor protection. The MAV is a dual-role vehicle that excels both on land and in water, achieving speeds of 7 knots in the water and 70 km/h on land.

One of the MAV’s key features is its ability to self-right if capsized in challenging sea conditions, ensuring continued operations even in adverse environments. The MAV is also integrated with modern mission equipment, including the CAKA Remote Controlled Turret, offering improved protection, automatic target tracking, and enhanced accuracy.

The MAV’s versatility allows it to be configured for various roles, including personnel carrier, battlefield support, and combat engineering, making it an essential asset for military forces. The vehicle is already in service with the Turkish Navy’s TCG-ANADOLU landing helicopter dock (LHD).
