MSPO 2026 sets record with more than 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries

The 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO 2026 is set to open in Kielce, Poland, with more than 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries confirmed to participate and the entire exhibition area already sold out, according to the event organizers.

The exhibition will take place from Sept. 8-11, 2026, at Targi Kielce. For the first time, organizers will use a newly built 15,500-square-meter exhibition hall, bringing Targi Kielce’s total indoor exhibition space to 53,500 square meters.

Canada has been designated the Lead Nation for this year’s exhibition and is preparing what organizers describe as the largest Canadian national showcase in MSPO’s history. Around 180 Canadian companies are expected to exhibit in Kielce.

Other major international contingents include Germany with 89 companies, the United States with 53, Australia with 53 and the United Kingdom with 38, according to the organizers.

The exhibition is organized in cooperation with Poland’s Ministry of National Defence and is held under the honorary patronage of Polish President Karol Nawrocki. PGZ (Polish Armaments Group) remains the strategic partner of the event.

Dual-use technologies take center stage

The organizer said this year’s exhibitor lineup reflects the growing role of dual-use technologies in the defense sector, alongside traditional manufacturers of weapons, military vehicles and ammunition.

Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, optoelectronics, autonomous systems, advanced materials, logistics and infrastructure technologies are expected to feature prominently at the exhibition.

AI-enabled technologies will be among the key highlights. Canada’s OVA will present its StellarX training platform and Agent X, an artificial intelligence agent designed for military instruction.

Germany’s Materna Virtual Solution will showcase secure information-processing solutions classified up to NATO RESTRICTED, while South Korean company Airbility has selected MSPO for the global debut of its KAMD system, designed to neutralize unmanned aerial vehicles in GNSS-denied environments.

Optoelectronics, autonomous systems and counter-UAS

The optoelectronics segment will include Sill Optics, which will present technologies for night-vision, laser rangefinder and thermal imaging systems.

PREXER will display thermal and night-vision sights as well as a UAV jamming system, while Spain’s Indra will showcase its AESA NEMUS radar, electronic warfare systems and counter-unmanned aerial system capabilities.

Turkey’s STM will present its NETA autonomous underwater vehicles, KARGU loitering munitions, TOGAN unmanned aerial vehicle and naval vessel designs.

Logistics and industrial technologies

Defense logistics will also feature prominently at the exhibition. Polish company Contineo will showcase modular container systems for armed forces and emergency services, while Germany’s HETEK will present an autonomous container loading and leveling system.

Pagacz i Synowie will display the PITON gunshot detection system, Composhield armor solutions, RunFlat inserts and self-sealing fuel tanks.

The exhibition will also feature companies involved in industrial manufacturing and technologies supporting defense, aerospace, energy and manufacturing sectors.

Abas Business Solutions will present an ERP system tailored for manufacturing plants, while Ecoline will introduce the Ecolink IQ platform, which uses AI for predictive maintenance. Axon’s Cable, CGP, WH Technologies and Galkor will also showcase their respective technologies and solutions.

PGZ to anchor Polish defense showcase

PGZ, the strategic partner of MSPO, will anchor its exhibition in the new hall at Targi Kielce, where it will highlight key modernization programs being implemented for the Polish Armed Forces.

Another major component of MSPO 2026 will be the 27th Armed Forces Exhibition, organized under the theme “Innovation and AI Technologies as Benchmarks for Modern Armed Forces.”

The organizers said the 2026 edition demonstrates the increasing importance of dual-use technologies to the modern defense sector, with artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, optoelectronics, autonomous platforms, and manufacturing and logistics technologies joining conventional weapon systems as key areas of defense capability.
