In a key milestone for Spain’s F-110 Multi-Mission Frigate Program, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), in partnership with Navantia, has successfully demonstrated the first live track of the AN/SPY-7(V)2 radar. The achievement underscores the advanced readiness of the radar system and its ability to support Spain’s future naval capabilities.
The live tracking event took place at Lockheed Martin’s Aegis SCOMBA Integration Center (ASIC) in Moorestown, New Jersey. The AN/SPY-7 radar system utilized tactical hardware and software to track airborne targets, marking a significant step toward comprehensive performance validation.
