C-390 Millennium: A New Standard in Military Transport The C-390 Millennium, developed by Embraer, represents a new generation of military transport aircraft, offering superior versatility and operational efficiency. With a payload capacity of 26 tons, the aircraft surpasses other medium-sized military transporters in speed (470 knots) and range. Its capabilities include air logistics support, aerial surveillance, cargo and troop transport, airdrop missions, medical evacuation, search and rescue, firefighting, and humanitarian operations.Designed for deployment in extreme conditions, the C-390 Millennium can operate from unpaved or temporary runways, including packed earth, gravel, and coral surfaces. It is also equipped for air-to-air refueling, functioning as both a tanker and receiver.
The global C-390 Millennium fleet has accumulated over 16,000 flight hours, boasting a 93% mission capability rate and mission completion rates exceeding 99%. Sweden and Slovakia are among the latest nations to select the C-390 as their tactical transport aircraft, joining South Korea, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Brazil, and an undisclosed customer.
A-29 Super Tucano: Versatile and Combat-Proven The A-29 Super Tucano has established itself as a leading light attack and reconnaissance platform, capable of executing a broad spectrum of missions, including border surveillance, close air support, counterinsurgency, and pilot training. With a state-of-the-art weapons system, rugged airframe, and the ability to operate from remote and unpaved runways, the A-29 offers exceptional flexibility and operational endurance.With over 290 aircraft sold worldwide, the A-29 Super Tucano has accumulated more than 580,000 flight hours, including 60,000 in combat operations. Recent orders from the Portuguese Air Force (A-29N variant), as well as the air forces of Uruguay and Paraguay, further underscore its continued demand and effectiveness.
