This acquisition enhances AV’s scale, technological capabilities, and national manufacturing capacity. The company plans to focus on advancing innovation, improving customer partnerships, and reinforcing operational impact.

The combined entity will provide integrated systems and solutions across autonomous unmanned systems, precision strike and defense systems, counter-UAS technologies, space platforms, cyber capabilities, and directed energy systems. AV’s cross-domain innovation engine, MacCready Works, will continue supporting the development of next-generation systems.

The company’s new operational structure includes two core segments: Autonomous Systems, led by Trace Stevenson, and Space, Cyber, and Directed Energy, under the leadership of Trip Ferguson.

AV now operates in over 40 states and boasts a workforce of more than 3,750 employees. It continues to scale its innovation and manufacturing capabilities to meet urgent mission requirements across its portfolio.
