STM Defense Technologies Engineering and Trade Inc., which has developed modern and national platforms in the Turkish defense industry and achieved many export successes, continues to carry its national technologies and capabilities to different geographies.
STM will exhibit its national technologies by participating in the International Defense Exhibition and Seminar IDEAS, one of the most important defense fairs in South Asia, to be held in Karachi, Pakistan between 19-22 November 2024.
National Frigates and Corvettes Will Appear in PakistanTürkiye's first national frigate project, MİLGEM I-Class Frigate (TCG İSTANBUL), of which STM is the designer and main contractor, Türkiye's first national corvette project, MİLGEM Ada Class with STM as the main subcontractor, which has delivered four units to the Turkish Navy so far and achieved export success, and Pakistan Naval Supply Ship PNS MOAWIN (A39), Türkiye’s largest tonnage military shipbuilding project abroad, will be exhibited at STM stand. STM's STM500, Türkiye's first national submarine for special operations and offensive purposes, which was initiated by STM with its own resources and surpassed the durable boat test production, and STM MPAC, a national assault boat design with high speed-maneuverability and capable of developing attacks with surface-to-surface guided projectiles, will also take their place at the STM stand.
National Strike UAVs in PakistanSTM, which develops pioneering systems in Türkiye and in the world in tactical mini UAV, will present Türkiye’s first national strike UAV, KARGU, which is exported to more than 10 countries on three different continents, to the fair participants with its anti-personnel and armor-piercing ammunition head. STM will also bring the scout UAV TOGAN, which is included in the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces, actively used in the fight against terrorism and has achieved export successes, and the UAV BOYGA, which drops ammunition, to South Asia.
