Aviation systems components firm Signia Aerospace has acquired Precise Flight, an Oregon-based developer and manufacturer of aviation safety systems and equipment. The company will continue operating from its Bend headquarters.

Precise Flight’s product portfolio includes the Pulselite System, fixed and portable oxygen systems, and Speedbrakes. Its customers include Airbus Helicopters, Bell Textron, Robinson Helicopters, and several international airlines. The company employs 36 people across engineering and design, quality control, sales and marketing, production, customer service, supply chain management, and administration. Operations are carried out in a 10,000-square-foot facility at Bend Airport under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.

Signia Aerospace, owned by Arcline Investment Management, recently expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Goodrick Hoist & Winch from Collins Aerospace, a producer of rescue hoists and cargo winches for civil and military helicopter operators.
