Turkish firearms manufacturer Sarsılmaz is set to participate in LAAD Defence & Security 2025, Latin America’s largest defense and security exhibition, scheduled to take place from April 1-4 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The event will provide the company with an opportunity to present its latest products and engage with security forces and industry representatives from across the region.
Sarsılmaz, which produces a range of small arms including pistols, light machine guns, and automatic rifles, will introduce its latest models designed for military and law enforcement use. The company aims to demonstrate its technological advancements and adaptability to various operational requirements.
By attending LAAD 2025, Sarsılmaz seeks to expand its reach in Latin America, focusing on direct engagement with defense and security institutions. The company is looking to establish new partnerships and explore export opportunities, particularly in Brazil and neighboring markets.
The previous edition of LAAD Defence & Security, held in 2023, attracted over 36,700 attendees, including official delegations from 192 organizations. With 362 exhibitors and representatives from 420 public security agencies, the event served as a key platform for defense companies seeking to engage with Latin American stakeholders.
