North Point Defense, based in Rome, New York, develops advanced solutions for national security applications, including electronic warfare, cybersecurity, and intelligence collection. The company has worked extensively with U.S. defense agencies, providing mission-critical technologies.
The acquisition will integrate NPD’s expertise into GA’s existing portfolio, supporting multi-domain operations by improving electronic warfare and cyber capabilities. GA plans to incorporate NPD’s technologies into ongoing military programs to strengthen national security initiatives.
