“We are closely monitoring Israel’s terrorist attacks against Iran,” Erdoğan said. “All of our institutions are on high alert regarding possible implications for Turkey. Our nation can rest assured—we are fully committed to safeguarding our interests, peace, and national security. We have made and continue to make all necessary preparations for any adverse scenario.”

Defending Iran’s right to retaliate, Erdoğan noted: “In the face of this state terrorism by Israel, it is entirely legitimate, lawful, and natural for Iran to defend itself. These developments should serve as a wake-up call not only for our neighbor Iran, but for every country in the region.”

Erdoğan accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of committing genocide worse than those of Adolf Hitler. “Netanyahu has long surpassed the crimes of Hitler. We hope they won’t share the same fate,” he added.

He also condemned the international community’s silence, saying, “The blood of murdered civilians, babies, and children is on the hands of both those who support Israel's crimes and those who remain silent. We are doing everything in our power to stop these inhumane attacks not only in Gaza, but also in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, and now Iran.”

According to Erdoğan, Israel’s aggression must be stopped for the sake of global peace and humanity. “International institutions and states remain silent in the face of this open aggression, and some even support this lawlessness.”

Touching on Turkey’s defense posture, Erdoğan stressed that the country has built a robust and layered defense architecture based on indigenous systems. “Through our fight against tutelage structures, the FETÖ terror network, and Zionist elements within our borders, we have developed the capacity to protect our skies with our own national air defense systems,” he said.

Erdoğan reiterated Turkey’s commitment to full independence in the defense sector: “We will continue our determined march toward full autonomy in the defense industry with patience and resolve.”

He concluded by underlining the need for national unity and strategic focus: “Turkey is entering a period where all of its energy and resources must be devoted to safeguarding its sovereignty. Achieving a terror-free Turkey requires cooperation and a spirit of solidarity.”
