The MoU builds on a prior agreement signed in early 2024, which focused on areas such as space industry development, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) for airframes, localization of electronic warfare systems and radars, helicopter assembly, and industrial processes. Additionally, it explored initiatives in combat air, cross-domain integration, and national supply chain development. The latest agreement underscores Leonardo’s commitment to expanding industrial collaboration, particularly in the combat air and helicopter domains.
