Under the MoU, both companies will assess the integration of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to improve scheduling, asset tracking, and resource planning. They also plan to explore fleet instrumentation and monitoring systems, using IoT technologies, artificial intelligence, and analytics to boost workshop automation and operational efficiency.

Another area of focus will be consultancy and training services, with STELMS providing expertise in remanufacturing, component life extension, and engineering support.

The partnership reflects a broader interest in aligning MRO processes with digital transformation trends in the defence sector, particularly in support of sustainment and readiness of ground-based platforms.
