Altınay Defense Technologies, which develops critical technologies for important national projects and the defense industry, especially KAAN, MİLGEM and Altay Tank, officially opened its new production base.

Altınay Defense Production Technologies Center, located in Kocaeli Dilovası Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, aims to increase its export potential with its advanced infrastructure and high-tech machines and to be a turning point that will reduce foreign dependency in critical technologies.

The facility, which was inaugurated with the participation of Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, President of the Presidency of Defense Industries, strengthened Altınay's mission to become a global player.

Altınay Defense Technologies, which continues its activities in the fields of motion control systems, unmanned systems, naval systems, weapon systems, ammunition disposal and critical production systems, is also expected to increase its export potential in its field with the new facility with a closed area of 12,500 square meters opened in Kocaeli Dilovası Makine İhtisas OSB.

The production of critical technologies for Türkiye's security and defense needs with domestic and national resources is expected to contribute to the operational power of the Turkish Armed Forces. The new facility includes horizontal and vertical multi-axis machining centers, numerically controlled surface and precision machining machines, and laser machine investments. In addition to these, the high-speed fully automatic typesetting line to be used in the production of electronic cards is among the important capabilities of the facility.
