The International Istanbul Prohunt Hunting, Firearms and Outdoor Sports Fair—one of the most significant gatherings in the hunting, shooting, and outdoor sports sectors—kicked off on May 28 at the Istanbul Expo Center. The event, which runs until May 31, hosts numerous participating companies and professional visitors from Türkiye, Europe, and beyond.
Turaç, one of the leading companies in Türkiye’s ammunition sector, is among the most visited stands at the fair. Located at Hall 9, Booth B-120, the company is showcasing its product range under the Sterling, Kaiser, and V-Sport brands to both domestic and international visitors.
With an annual cartridge production capacity exceeding 200 million, Turaç offers a broad portfolio for both civilian and military use. The company aims to boost its global market presence by participating in six different international fairs throughout 2025.
This year, Turaç also achieved a major milestone by being accepted into the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) system—becoming the first private-sector ammunition manufacturer from Türkiye to be included. This development strengthens the company's position in the international defense supply chain.
PROHUNT
Organized across two halls and covering a total of 16,000 square meters, Prohunt 2025 features innovations across multiple categories, from hunting rifles and optical systems to clothing, accessories, and ammunition. The event provides local manufacturers with export opportunities and fosters industry partnerships.
