Patria to showcase defense solutions at DALO Industry Days

Finnish defense company Patria will participate in the DALO Industry Days in Ballerup, Denmark, on August 20-21, presenting a range of protected mobility, weapon, and sustainment solutions. The company will display its Patria 6x6 vehicle equipped with a SIMA ringmount, recently ordered by Denmark under the multinational Common Armoured Vehicle System (CAVS) programme, alongside the ILIAS digital defense platform integrated within Patria OPTIME. The Patria TREMOS mobile mortar system, mounted on a SISU platform, will be exhibited at stand 304, with Patria’s main stand at 309.

The Patria 6x6 is a modular wheeled armoured vehicle designed for high mobility and protection while remaining simple, robust, and cost-efficient, enabling large-scale fleet deployment. Its modular design supports various mission-specific configurations, making it suitable for troop transport and combat support roles. Under the CAVS programme, Patria has received orders for nearly 1,000 units and has delivered over 200 vehicles. The initiative is open to European nations with similar requirements, subject to mutual agreement among participants.

Patria will also present the TREMOS mobile mortar system, designed to meet modern battlefield demands for mobility, firepower, and accuracy. The system features an integration module and recoil mechanism, allowing it to be mounted on a range of 6x6 and 4x4 vehicles. It is compatible with existing 120 mm and 81 mm mortar tubes, ammunition, and ballistic data.

Patria OPTIME offers lifecycle services aimed at maintaining and enhancing fleet availability, covering maintenance, modifications, integrations, supply chain management, and training. The approach combines engineering expertise with data-driven management in a modular format, tailored and phased in collaboration with customers.

The ILIAS Defense Platform, acquired by Patria in January 2025, is a fifth-generation software suite developed to address modern military operational challenges. Built by experienced military professionals and software engineers, ILIAS delivers mission-oriented logistics and real-time asset visibility as a ready-to-use solution.
