Countdown begins: Final preparations for IDEX and NAVDEX 2025

IDEX and NAVDEX 2025 approach, final preparations are in full swing at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Scheduled to take place from 17 to 21 February, the events will bring together global defence industry leaders, senior government officials, and key decision-makers to showcase the latest advancements in security and military technology.

NAVDEX 2025, held alongside IDEX, will highlight cutting-edge naval defence capabilities, featuring live demonstrations and on-water exhibits at ADNEC Marina Hall. Together, the two exhibitions will provide a comprehensive platform for industry engagement, technology displays, and strategic discussions.

The International Defence Conference (IDC), set for 16 February, will precede the exhibitions, fostering high-level discussions on emerging global security challenges and future defence strategies.

Building on the success of IDEX 2023, which hosted 1,353 exhibitors, 41 national pavilions, and over 132,000 visitors, this year’s edition is expected to attract even greater participation. With a rapidly evolving global security landscape, IDEX and NAVDEX 2025 aim to drive collaboration, innovation, and strategic partnerships across the defence and maritime sectors.

As industry professionals and defence leaders prepare to convene in Abu Dhabi, expectations are high for a dynamic week of networking, knowledge exchange, and the unveiling of transformative technological advancements.
