Developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) with national resources, HURKUS-2 is planned to make its first flight in June.
A total of 55 units of HURKUS-2, which includes significant improvements and developments, will be added to the inventory of the Turkish Air Force 122nd Basic Jet Flight Training Squadron.
Considering the current and long-term domestic and international needs, the armed HURKUS is expected to reach very high sales figures.
With the Turkish Air Force making a sacrifice in the process of meeting the demands coming from abroad for HURKUS-C, 15 aircraft were exported to African countries in urgent need.
