Teknopark Istanbul signs memorandum of understanding with Saudi state corporation MODON

Teknopark Istanbul, Türkiye’s deep technology center, signed a memorandum of understanding with MODON, the Saudi Arabian Industrial Cities and Technology Zones institution.

In a post on social media regarding this development, Teknopark Istanbul said, “As Teknopark Istanbul, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held with the participation of our General Manager Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Akyol on the design, execution and development of advanced technology parks within the scope of “Saudi Arabia Vision 2030″ projects with MODON, the Saudi Arabian Industrial Cities and Technology Zones institution. As Teknopark Istanbul, we will continue our cooperation in topics such as information sharing and technology transfer by increasing our cooperation.”

With its Vision 2030 Plan, Saudi Arabia aims to achieve a major social, cultural and economic transformation throughout the country and thus make the region a center of attraction.

The projects within the scope of the Vision 2030 Plan also open new investment windows for Turkish companies.

MODON works to promote the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs and large companies in the country’s industrial development, thus contributing to the realization of the Vision 2030 goals of industry-related economic diversification.
