Organized with the support of the Turkish Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) and the Defence and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association (SSI), SEDEC Security and Defence Exhibition will be held online via virtual platforms.
SEDEC, made the following statement on the matter:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that shaked the world and due to the increasing number of Covid-19 cases witnessed lately in Turkey, while also Considering the health of our international and national visitors, stakeholders, supporters and participants, it has been decided for SEDEC to be held online on the same dates within the same scope via virtual platforms to eliminate the risk to public health. The decision has been taken after discussing the current situation with relevant public institutions and organizations.
Our virtual platform has been open, while registrations and B2B/B2G meeting requests are still being received through the system.
Details of the opening speeches, which are to be held virtually, will be shared with all our stakeholders and the public in the next few days.
We would like to thank SSB and SSI, who have not withheld their support for our event till the day. We would also like to thank the officials of Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Romania, Russia and Ukraine as well as the Ambassadors and Military Attachés of 25 countries, the private and the public sector and the companies of our sector, who have confirmed their “physical” participation to our event.
SEDEC will be held digitally online via virtual platforms on 15-16-17 September 2020. Our valuable sector officials and participants, we will meet with you in person, on 7-8-9 June 2022, while the subject, scope and venue will remain the same.
