Nigeria’s Proforce debuts new armored vehicle Hulk

Nigerian leading armored vehicles manufacturer Proforce has unveiled a new armored vehicle, the PF Hulk, designed for transporting military troops and equipment.

Announced recently, the PF Hulk is a mine-resistant, ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 15 tons and meets NATO STANAG 4569 Level 3A/3B protection standards.

This includes defense against 8 kg anti-tank mines beneath any wheel or under the center of the vehicle, ballistic protection from 7.62×51 mm armor-piercing ammunition, and resistance to 155 mm high explosive shells detonating within 60 meters.

The vehicle has the capacity to transport up to ten personnel and allows for the installation of weapon systems and specialized equipment.

Proforce noted that the PF Hulk is powered by a 360-horsepower engine, features a five-speed mechanical transmission, and has a range of 1,000 kilometers.
