Who is Murat Koç?
Born in 1986 in Istanbul, Murat Koç graduated from Pertevniyal High School and received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 2009 and his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2012.
Having started his professional career as a research assistant at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Yıldız Technical University, Murat Koç took a break from his PhD studies at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Boğaziçi University to transition to the private sector and started working as a design engineer at Kale R&D in 2014. In 2015, he joined Altınay Defence Technologies as Project Manager and since then, he has worked as Business Development Manager, Project & Business Development Director and Assistant General Manager in charge of Program Management & Business Development at Altınay Defence Technologies and TAAC Aerospace Technologies companies under the roof of Altınay Defence Group. Murat Koç speaks English fluently and is married with two sons.
