The new General Manager of Teknopark Istanbul is Muhammed Fatih Özsoy.
Özsoy has been working as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager at ASELSAN for about 5 years. Bilal Topçu, who was appointed as the general manager of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TAFF) from the position of general manager of Teknopark Istanbul, was replaced by Muhammed Fatih Özsoy with the decision of the Board of Directors of Teknopark Istanbul.
Who is Muhammed Fatih Özsoy?
Özsoy, who completed his bachelor's degree in Economics at Selçuk University between 1994 and 1998, worked as Sales Supervisor at Coca-Cola Bottlers between 2000-2005, Sales Supervisor at Pepsi Bottling Group between 2005-2006, Regional Sales Manager at Kraft Foods between 2007-2013, and General Manager at Informatics Valley between 2017-2018.
Fatih Özsoy worked as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager for nearly 5 years at ASELSAN, which he started in 2018.

Teknopark Istanbul was established on May 4, 2010 in order to enable domestic and foreign entrepreneurs to contribute to Türkiye’s technology development capacity.
The establishment of Teknopark Istanbul, which has been Türkiye's innovation center for 13 years, is based on the decisions of the Defense Industry Executive Committee (SSİK) dated October 8, 1987.
On February 12, 2009, with the letter of intent signed between the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB), Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) and Istanbul Ticaret University, Teknopark Istanbul gained the status of Technology Development Zone (TDZ) with the decision of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette dated October 3 in accordance with the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691 in the same year.
Teknopark Istanbul was officially established on May 4, 2010 and started its operations.
Technopark Istanbul, which integrates the research capabilities, qualified workforce and experience of the region's industry into the defense industry, is turning into an international point of attraction with its ever-evolving physical conditions.
There are more than 300 domestic and foreign companies in Teknopark Istanbul, including companies such as STM, Aselsan, TUSAŞ, TEI, Roketsan, BMC, Yaltes, C-Tech, Altınay Aviation, Pavotek, Femsan, Armelsan, Kale Aviation, Figes, which carry out R&D studies for high technology developments in the fields of aviation/space, maritime, advanced electronics, energy, health sciences and industrial software, especially in the defense industry.
