This year, more than 60 firearm and ammunition manufacturers from Turkiye are participating in SHOT Show 2023, one of the largest gatherings of the firearm industry in the world.
Turkish companies, having achieved successful export figures in the US light weapons market in recent years, will also exhibit their latest products at the Shot Show, which will be held in Las Vegas between January 17th and 20th.
Some of the Turkish defense industry companies that will participate in the Shot Show are as follows: MKE, TURAÇ, CANİK, HUĞLU, TİSAŞ, GİRSAN, SARSILMAZ, Adler Arms, Ak Defense, Armsan Arms, ATA ARMS, ATEŞCI, Bilsa, LANDOR Arms, Derya Arms, Many companies including Istanbul Arms, MEDEF Defense, Niksan Defense, Bronco Defense Industry, KHAN Arms, KRAL Arms, Voltran Hunting Firearms and Industry will show up at the fair with their newest products. In addition, the Turkish Defense Industry Exporters Association (SSI) will also attend the Shot Show.
The Shot Show in Las Vegas offers important opportunities for Turkish arms companies, which have achieved significant export success, especially in the USA, in the context of increasing their presence in the international market, promoting their new products, new collaborations and marketing efforts.
While the share of Turkish companies in the arms and ammunition market imported to the USA was limited to 4 percent in 2018, by 2021, Turkiye has become the leader with a share of 12.4%.
The 2023 Shot Show, where more than 2,400 firearms manufacturers from all over the world will exhibit their products, is considered one of the most important meetings of the firearms industry and ammunition manufacturers in the world.
