JAKUSZ showcases EOD systems at NATO demonstrations in Bratislava

Polish defense company JAKUSZ presented its latest explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technologies during the NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials held in Bratislava. Organized by the NATO EOD Centre of Excellence, the event brought together experts from NATO member and partner nations, along with defense industry representatives, to highlight new solutions for EOD and CBRN operations.

JAKUSZ showcased its gas-tight explosion-proof containers designed to enhance the safety of operators and civilians during explosive threat response. The systems combine blast protection with chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) capabilities, offering comprehensive protection in the field.

Among the products demonstrated were EVA and ALA, two explosion-proof container systems tailored for different operational needs.
EVA is a mobile, remotely operated platform featuring a gas-tight container resistant to detonations up to 10 kg TNT equivalent. It is designed for military, EOD/IEDD, and CBRN units, as well as border guards, security forces, and crisis response teams. The system protects against blast waves, fire, and fragments, offering integrated EOD and CBRN protection for both military and civilian applications.

The ALA system, a compact and user-friendly solution, withstands detonations up to 120 g TNT equivalent. It provides protection against explosions, pressure and acoustic waves, fragments, flames, and CBRN threats, making it suitable for rapid-deployment or confined-space operations.

JAKUSZ participated in the event together with Łukasiewicz – PIAP and Logos Imaging, demonstrating collaborative advancements in EOD technology within the NATO framework.
