FNSS ranked 17th among Türkiye’s 500 companies with the highest R&D expenditure prepared by the Economy and Business Portal Turkishtime.
In the written statement made by FNSS, the following statements were made:
"While FNSS Defense Systems ranked 17th in the list of the Top 250 Companies by R&D Expenditures in 2022, it was also ranked as follows in other lists;
• Ranked 20th in the Top 100 List by the Number of Projects Carried Out in the 2022 R&D Center,
• Ranked 18th in the Top 100 List by Total Number of Personnel Working in the 2022 R&D Center,
• Ranked 37th in the Top 50 List by the Number of Female Personnel Working in the 2022 R&D Center,
• Ranked 10th in the Top 50 List by the Number of Master's and Doctoral Personnel Working in the 2022 R&D Center,
• Ranked 33rd in the Top 50 List by the Number of National Patents Obtained in the 2022 R&D Center,
• Ranked 15th in the Top 50 List by the Number of Useful Models Received in the 2022 R&D Center.
FNSS, which started its R&D activities in 2000, received the R&D Center Certificate in 2009. FNSS has focused on domestic design and development activities with its own resources and public R&D supports, and has accelerated its multi-product programs over time and has reached the position of being the first Turkish Defense Industry Company to transfer technology abroad. At the point reached today; It carries out nearly 50 R&D projects in the fields of vehicle movement systems, survival, autonomy and weapon systems in close cooperation with universities and domestic / international suppliers, and acts with the determination to be a pioneer in our country and in the world in hybrid power group and autonomy issues.
FNSS continues to carry out R&D projects from its own resources every year and at the same time strives to benefit from R&D comprehensive state supports to the maximum extent. In the hybrid power package and autonomous vehicle development, which have been mainly worked on recently, we act with the determination to be a pioneer in our country and in the world."
