EMGE Elektro Mekanik Gereçler Endüstrisi AŞ signed a technology transfer agreement with the French company ADR-ALCEN at ICDDA 2022 in Ankara.
OSTİM Chairman of the Board Orhan Aydın, OSSA Chairman of the Board Mithat Ertuğ, ADR company representative Jerome Beard attended the signing ceremony held at ICDDA.
G. Müge Ertuğ Güzel, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMGE, spoke about the agreement to Defensehere.com:
“We signed a representation contract with ADR, a subsidiary of the French Alcen Group. This representation actually means a lot because we signed an agreement for the production of Pancake Servo motors produced by them by transferring the technology to EMGE. In addition to this, our company has bearings of very precise dimensions. We are talking about a product that includes both technology transfer and is produced in France and will now be transferred to Turkey. Therefore, I think it will be a good profit for both Turkey and our company.”
