The Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2024 concluded on November 15, achieving unparalleled success in its seventh edition. Over three days, BIAS 2024 welcomed more than 57,000 trade visitors, along with 226 civil and military delegations from 83 countries.
The airshow featured 125 aircraft across static and flying displays, including cutting-edge military and commercial models. Highlights included performances by the Saudi Hawks, U.S. Air Force F-16 demonstrations, and the Pakistani JF-17 Thunder. These captivating displays underscored the event's focus on innovation and excellence in aviation.
The show also facilitated major business opportunities, hosting high-profile exhibitors like Airbus, Boeing, Leonardo, and BAE Systems. Attendees engaged in conferences and panels addressing emerging trends in aerospace and aviation technology. Bahrain’s Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, announced during the event that the next edition of BIAS will take place from November 18–20, 2026. He emphasized Bahrain's commitment to further enhancing the airshow's global impact and strengthening its role as a hub for aerospace innovation and trade.
