Bayraktar Akıncı UCAV (Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle), developed by Baykar within the scope of the Akıncı project carried out under the leadership of the Turkish Defence Industry Agency, has successfully completed another important stage in its munition integration process.
Precision Strike
Bayraktar AKINCI took off from Çorlu on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 with the KGK-SİHA-82 (Winged Guidance Kit) developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE and successfully completed its first test with the bomb in a precision strike on a target at sea off the coast of Sinop. The electro-optical camera on AKINCI and the telemetry antennas on the ground confirmed that the 340 kg ammunition hit the target 30 km away with high precision.
