Boeing to showcase defense capabilities at IDEX 2025

Boeing will showcase a range of advanced defense platforms and services at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX 2025) in Abu Dhabi, scheduled for February 17-21. The company’s display will include key military aircraft and uncrewed systems, along with sustainment and modernization solutions.

Boeing’s exhibition at IDEX 2025 will highlight:

T-7 Advanced Trainer – A next-generation pilot training system designed to enhance fighter pilot readiness. AH-64 Apache – A combat-proven attack helicopter with continuous upgrades for operational effectiveness. CH-47 Chinook – A multi-mission heavy-lift helicopter featuring an advanced digital cockpit and cargo-handling capabilities. F-15EX – A tactical fighter with increased payload capacity, advanced electronic warfare systems, and a high-performance radar. Insitu Integrator ER – A long-endurance uncrewed aircraft system designed for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

The company will also highlight its defense services, including performance-based logistics support, modernization, training, and sustainment solutions, aiming to support military readiness in the UAE and across the region.

Boeing has collaborated with the UAE government since 1978, delivering and sustaining platforms such as the AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, and C-17 Globemaster III. These aircraft contribute to national defense efforts and international humanitarian missions.

IDEX 2025: A Global Defense Industry Platform

IDEX 2025 will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from February 17-21. The event is expected to bring together government officials, military leaders, and defense industry representatives from around the world.

NAVDEX 2025, running concurrently with IDEX, will focus on naval defense and maritime security, featuring live demonstrations and on-water exhibits at ADNEC Marina Hall.

In 2023, IDEX attracted 1,353 exhibitors from 65 countries, including 216 UAE-based companies. The event hosted 860 official delegations from 72 nations, drew over 132,500 visitors, and facilitated defense contracts valued at AED 23.34 billion.
