Bayraktar AKINCI AUAV (Assault Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), developed by Turkish manufacturer BAYKAR Defense through domestic and national facilities, has successfully completed the asymmetric propulsion/thrust test.
Speaking in the video shared on BAYKAR Defense's Twitter account, Baykar's Technical Manager Selöuk Bayraktar said:
çWe took off at around 08.30 in the morning with our AKINCI Prototype-1 aircraft on October 3, 2020. We carried out our tests and trials at the altitudes of 30,000 ft and 10,000 ft. It's been about 3 hours. Now we will return back and land. Good luck to our country and our nation.ç
