The Homeland Security Equipment Fair (IGEF 2025), held in Ankara from 18 to 20 September, brought together domestic and international participants. Among the exhibitors was Ateşçi, a Turkish company specializing in ammunition production machinery and systems.
Founded in 2002, Ateşçi develops, manufactures, and installs production lines for small and medium-caliber ammunition. The company operates in more than 40 countries across five continents, delivering turnkey solutions for both public and private sector clients.
At the exhibition, Ateşçi showcased systems covering the full production cycle, from raw material processing to final inspection. These included mechanical systems such as horizontal, double-action, and vertical presses, as well as optical and mechanical inspection units. All systems are produced in compliance with NATO and international military standards.
In addition to production technologies, Ateşçi provides automation integration, operator training, and maintenance documentation to support effective use of its systems. The company also integrates ERP-compatible infrastructures, remote troubleshooting capabilities, and customer-oriented order portals into its projects.
IGEF 2025 was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Interior and organized with the support of the General Directorate of Security, Gendarmerie General Command, Coast Guard Command, Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), Presidency of Migration Management, Turkish Police Foundation and others. This was the second edition of the event.
The next IGEF is scheduled to take place from 1 to 3 October 2026.
