Anduril to acquire Klas for tactical compute and comms integration

Anduril Industries has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Klas, a leader in edge computing and tactical communications, to enhance its autonomous systems and connected warfare capabilities. The acquisition is pending regulatory approval.

Known for its rugged Voyager line—modular computing and networking systems built for extreme and denied environments—Klas already supports Anduril’s Menace systems across land, sea, and air domains. The integration aims to deliver resilient, fast-deployable and mission-tailored edge solutions.

According to Anduril, the merger will unify its Lattice software platform, sensors and autonomous capabilities with Klas’ compute infrastructure, allowing greater adaptability and reduced integration risks in real-time operational scenarios.

Klas will continue operations from its U.S. and Irish facilities, with expanded manufacturing to support Anduril’s growing demand. The acquisition also marks Anduril’s entry into Ireland, establishing its first office in Dublin and expanding its footprint across Europe, the UK, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
