ATOK, SOLDIER OF THE FUTURE: TÜRKİYE’S BRIGHT SIGHT - AUGMENTED REALITY-SUPPORTED

The ATOK System requested by the Ministry Thanks to its ability to integrate with any armored vehicle

The Beyond Armor Vision System is the foundation of

Through an agreement the BMC firm signed as
part of the EGM Mine Protected Vehicle (MKKA)-
2 project, 5 vehicles were designed as command
and control vehicles. It is planned for the five
vehicles to be equipped with the ATOK system in a
configuration that supports 20 people per vehicle.
As part of an agreement signed with the SSB
in May 2023, two more ATOK Systems will
be delivered to users intended for use by the
Gendarmerie Commando Special Public Security
Command and the Special Forces Command.
Through the ATOK System, data and video images
received from UAVs and UGVs can be shared
amongst the operations team. The ATOK system
offers wireless and secure field communications to
special forces units through wearable technology,
and also ensures real-time sharing of information
from UAV/UGVs to the field of operations.
