SARSILMAZ was among the Turkish companies exhibiting at Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) 2025, held 1–4 December in the Egyptian capital. The event, supported by Egypt’s Ministry of Defense and Military Production, brought together more than 350 companies from 38 countries, with Türkiye fielding the largest national participation — nearly 80 firms.
SARSILMAZ showcased a strong selection of its products and drew a large crowd all four days of the EXPO.
Sarsılmaz hosted many high-level military and civilian delegations at its stand. The machine guns, submachine guns, and infantry rifles that Sarsılmaz brought for presentation attracted great interest from visitors, with the sound of the weapons echoing constantly.
Company officials hosting Defensehere.com spoke to our microphones and provided information about Sarsılmaz's activities.
Nuri Kızıltan, General Manager of Sarsılmaz Domestic and Foreign Trade, introduced the products, stating, “We have brought all the products that Sarsılmaz could bring here.”
EDEX 2025 showcased the latest land, naval and air defence technologies, serving as a platform for new regional and international partnerships. SARSILMAZ’s participation underscored Türkiye’s expanding defence-industry footprint and its growing interest in African and Middle Eastern markets.
