Quantum Systems has announced the acquisition of Spleenlab GmbH, a German artificial intelligence company specializing in perception, autonomy, and edge-decisioning.
The deal will integrate Spleenlab’s VISIONAIRY AI suite and its advanced autonomy expertise into Quantum Systems’ ecosystem, expanding the company’s software and AI portfolio. The move aims to accelerate the development of autonomous and adaptive mission systems across air, land, and maritime operations.
Spleenlab’s AI technology has already been used in Quantum Systems’ platforms for several years, contributing to research and defense projects commissioned by the German Ministry of Defence and other governmental partners.
Quantum Systems said the acquisition marks a step toward combining hardware, software, and AI into a unified European-built solution for global defense and security applications.
