TEKEVER welcomed senior officials from the Nigerian Armed Forces to its UK operations site at West Wales Airport, marking another step in the company’s long-standing collaboration with Nigeria.

Major General A.A. Adereti of the Nigerian Army and Air Vice Marshal T.Z. Dauda of the Nigerian Air Force visited the facility, where they were hosted by Simon Briggs, TEKEVER’s Head of Defence Capability. The delegation was briefed on TEKEVER’s latest unmanned aerial systems, including the AR3 EVO and AR5, and observed live demonstrations showcasing the advanced capabilities of the company’s UK test and evaluation center.

“It’s always a privilege to showcase our technology and how rapidly it’s evolving,” said Briggs. “Seeing the systems in operation brings our work to life and deepens the connection between developer and operator. Understanding our customers’ real-world needs is what truly drives meaningful innovation.”

The visit underscored TEKEVER’s ongoing engagement in Nigeria, where the company operates through a joint venture with Aerial Robotix, providing real-time aerial surveillance solutions for the nation’s oil and gas sector.

Founded in 2001, TEKEVER is a European technology company specializing in AI-driven autonomous systems for defense and security. Now recognized as Europe’s newest “unicorn,” TEKEVER continues to expand its footprint across global defense markets, combining innovation and operational experience to deliver mission-ready solutions.
