Otokar export $25 Million worth of armoured vehicles to an African country

Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. was awarded a $25 million contract for COBRA II 4x4 Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicles, by an African country.

The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows: “Our company has signed a new export agreement with an African country for the sale of 4 × 4 tactical wheeled armored vehicles and the spare parts and training services of these vehicles for approximately 25 million dollars. The contract will enter into force following the completion of the letter of guarantee transactions, making the advance payment and obtaining the necessary permissions for export, and the related deliveries are planned to be completed within 6 months starting this year.

The vehicle provides a remarkable performance in a wide range of challenging terrains and climatic conditions.
