The agreement includes Saab\u2019s <strong>9LV Combat Management System<\/strong> and <strong>9LV Fire Control System<\/strong>, along with advanced sensors and radars.<\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, Saab will deliver <strong>Ceros 200 radar and optronic tracking fire control director, EOS 500 electro-optical fire control director, and Sea Giraffe 4A radars<\/strong>, among other systems. The deal marks the first collaboration between Damen Naval and Saab in the naval sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe PES programme is state-of-the-art, and we are honoured that the Colombian Navy has selected Saab to supply their combat system. Our partnership with Damen Naval marks an important collaboration in the naval domain. This is our first time working together,\u201d said <strong>Carl-Johan Bergholm<\/strong>, Senior Vice President and Head of Saab\u2019s Business Area Surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>PES frigate<\/strong> will be constructed by Colombian shipbuilder <strong>COTECMAR<\/strong> in <strong>Cartagena<\/strong>, while Damen Naval will provide engineering, technical support, and shipbuilding materials.
