The launch of the Türksat 5A satellite has been postponed

Being a part of SpaceX's program for the first quarter of 2021, the launch of Türksat 5A, which was scheduled to take place at the Cape Canaveral base in Florida, USA on January 5, 2020 with the reusable Falcon 9 rocket, has been delayed.

The reason for the postponement has not been disclosed yet. However, it is speculated that it was delayed due to weather conditions.

While there has been no new information from Turkish side, U.S. based media sources stated that the launch will take place on the 7th of January 2021 at 08:28 AM (GMT+3).
