SDT Space and Defense Technologies, which has made a name for itself in Turkey and abroad with the electronic systems and subsystems it produces, signed a contract to develop Pilot Tactical Training through simulation with the Pakistan Air Force at the International Defense Exhibition and Seminar IDEAS 2022, which started in Karachi, Pakistan on November 15.
SDT will integrate the simulation system, which was previously integrated into the aircraft of the Turkish Air Force and the Air Forces of different countries, into the JF-17 aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force.
Under the signed contract, SDT ACMI pods and an appropriate number of ground stations will be added to the Pakistan Air Force inventory. Thanks to these pods, Pakistan Air Force will be able to increase their combat readiness levels by performing modern and highly accurate Pilot Tactical Trainings.
This cooperation agreement signed between SDT and Pakistan Armed Forces is expected to be the beginning of a long-term work and to bring along new agreements.
