Rheinmetall and Bohemia Interactive partner to develop advanced combat simulation systems

Rheinmetall and Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the development of cutting-edge simulation solutions crucial for modern combat training. The collaboration will begin with the “Heavy Weapons Carrier” project, where the two companies will develop state-of-the-art gunnery and combat simulators for the German Army’s Medium Forces. The integration of BISim’s VBS4 and Blue IG products will play a key role in this project, offering advanced training capabilities.

This partnership brings together Rheinmetall’s expertise in military systems with BISim’s leadership in simulation technologies, enabling the creation of highly realistic and flexible simulation environments for military training. The collaboration is designed to address the growing complexity of modern military training requirements, providing solutions that ensure a high level of realism and operational readiness.
