It was announced that the first deliveries of the PUHU Portable Audio Surveillance and Tracking System, developed by Turkish ASELSAN, will take place this year.
President of SSB Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir stated the following on his twitter account:
“PUHU Portable Audio Surveillance and Tracking Systems were used effectively in the recent operations and provided the Turkish Armed Forces with a significant advantage in terms of electronic warfare. Meanwhile, R&D studies continued to bring additional capabilities to PUHU and technological advances here made.
PUHU will now gain drone detection capability using indigenous and national software and hardware. To add remote control and command features, a vehicle-integrable mobile version of the system will be produced. We aim to realize the first deliveries of the new PUHU within this year."
