Meteksan Defence exhibited its products and services at the International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference DIMDEX held in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on March 4-6, 2024.
Burak Akbaş, the company's International Sales, Marketing and Corporate Reputation Director, evaluated the exhibition in an interview with Defensehere.com:
"We have been participating in this exhibition organized for navies for many years. As Meteksan Defence, we exhibited our products such as electronic warfare systems, sonar systems, ULAQ unmanned naval vehicle, and simulator family, which are among the solutions we have developed for the naval forces. We have a simulator project that we have completed in Qatar. There is a great interest in our ULAQ product and our negotiations continue. Our simulators are actively used in 5 countries."
The DIMDEX exhibition, which opened its doors for the 8th time this year, offered companies operating in various fields such as radar, missiles, sea mines and electronic warfare systems, as well as shipbuilding and technological systems mounted on ships, the opportunity to promote their products and make new agreements.
