MENATEK, one of the leading Turkish defense industry companies, will open a booth at the 17th International Arms and Security 2021 Fair, which will start on June 15 in Ukraine.
In an interview with Defensehere.com, MENATEK Director of Business Development & Strategy Naz Ünal talked about MENATEK's ongoing projects with Ukraine and its future goals.
In regards to the Arms and Security 2021 Fair Ünal stated the following:
"Ukraine is very precious market for us. Especially, since the last couple of years they are changing their military products to the NATO standards. It turned into more appealing market for MENATEK as well.
Now, they are in the phase of developing and designing new vehicles or purchasing new vehicles. As MENATEK, we are planning to take a significant role for the supply of these sub-systems for these armed vehicles.
We are already in contact with several big companies in Ukraine. With one of them, we already designed the complete running gear of their track vehicle. It is an infantry fighting vehicle.
During the dates 15th to 18th of June, we will be at the Ukrainian’s Arms and Security Exhibition as well. And we are looking forward to taking more part in the military industry of Ukraine in the near future."
MENATEK will be waiting for its visitors at booth No. 2A71 at the 17th International Arms and Security Fair 2021.
