HAVELSAN, a Turkish company specializing in software-intensive systems, recently took part in NATO’s CWIX 2024 exercise, showcasing its capabilities in various domains.
The company announced its participation and achievements via social media, stating that they engaged with 25 personnel in NATO Exercise CWIX 2024 to “demonstrate our competencies in land, naval, and air command and control information systems.”
During the exercise, HAVELSAN featured several of its key solutions, including, ADVENT CMS, TRITON, and MARTI; NonC2 AtaDlp; Tactical; Data Link Management Center; EAGLE National Warning and Command Control System; Air Force Information System (TICCS).
HAVELSAN also participated as observers in the fields of modeling and simulation and cyber security.
At NATO meetings, there was a notable emphasis on the Federated Mission Network (FMN) as a critical aspect of interoperability.
In light of this, HAVELSAN expressed ambitions beyond their previous ADVENT product accreditation, aiming to participate in FMN tests with their other capabilities and achieve further accreditations.
Yüksel Aksöz, a Board Member at HAVELSAN, personally supervised the test activities on-site.
“We would like to thank the General Staff and Force Commands for their support in our participation in the NATO CWIX exercise, which is important for testing the interoperability of HAVELSAN solutions with NATO and member country systems,” company statement also read.
