Turkish land vehicles manufacturer FNSS garnered significant attention with its showcase of the PARS III 6x6 armored vehicle at the 18th Defense Services Asia (DSA) exhibition, the premier defense industry event in Far East Asia, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from May 6 to May 9, 2024.
The company welcomed visitors at booth number 2100C in Hall 2, engaging in discussions with military delegations and representatives from various countries throughout the exhibition.
A highlight of the event was FNSS's debut display of the PARS III 6x6 Fire Support Vehicle, featuring the advanced TEBER-II 30/40-millimeter Remote Controlled Turret. Attendees demonstrated keen interest in this integrated vehicle system.
FNSS distinguishes itself as the sole Turkish entity responsible for supplying all tracked and wheeled armored combat vehicles utilized by the Malaysian Land Forces thus far. Additionally, it remains the sole Turkish entity to have facilitated significant technology transfers to Malaysia. With the introduction of the PARS III 6x6 Fire Support Vehicle, FNSS aims to further solidify its contributions to the Malaysian defense landscape.
Beyond Malaysia, FNSS has bolstered the arsenals of friendly and allied nations including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Indonesia, and Bahrain. Its commitment to technology transfer initiatives and provision of maintenance and repair services has yielded an export success surpassing $2.5 billion to date.
