The 17th edition of the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) is set to take place from 20 to 24 May 2025 on Malaysia’s Langkawi Island at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre and the Langkawi International Airport.
LIMA has established itself as a prominent platform in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together stakeholders from the defense, commercial aviation, and maritime sectors. Held biennially, the exhibition offers a dedicated space for showcasing technologies, fostering partnerships, and exploring future-oriented solutions relevant to both regional and international markets.
This year’s edition will once again host defense and commercial segments, with a particular emphasis on innovation and industrial sustainability. Participating companies are expected to present a wide range of systems, platforms, and services across naval, air, and aerospace domains.
Since its launch in 1991, LIMA has grown steadily in scale and scope. The 2023 edition featured 550 exhibitors, 20 international pavilions, and welcomed 574 foreign delegations from 52 countries, alongside more than 42,000 trade visitors.
Organisers are finalising preparations ahead of the opening, and the exhibition is poised to draw significant attention from government and industry leaders alike.
Further information and updates about the event can be accessed via the official LIMA 2025 website.
