EPI and Lockheed Martin deepen industrial cooperation in aerospace and defense

EPI, a precision engineering company under EDGE Group, has strengthened its strategic relationship with Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s leading aerospace and defense firms. During a recent visit by senior Lockheed Martin executives to EPI’s facility in Abu Dhabi, both parties discussed expanding their collaboration in the UAE’s growing defense manufacturing sector.

The talks focused on increasing opportunities for subcontracting and outsourcing components for aerospace systems, with an emphasis on localizing production and transferring advanced industrial knowledge. EPI and Lockheed Martin aim to develop high-quality parts and systems for aircraft and defense platforms, leveraging the UAE’s technological capabilities.

This partnership aligns with EDGE Group’s broader goal of boosting sovereign manufacturing and supporting the nation’s defense readiness through global partnerships. Both companies expressed interest in deepening cooperation in future aerospace and defense programs.
